The objective of a Management System training course using PDCA (Plan-do-check-act) is to equip participants with the skills to effectively manage change, improve processes, and enhance product quality. The course focus on, understanding the PDCA methodology, identifying improvement opportunities, Testing and validating proposed improvements, implementing and sustaining changes and continuously iterating through PDCA cycle for ongoing improvement.

Operational & Technical Safety Training

The aim of this course is to ensure that the designated Fire Marshals know and can fully carry out their roles both before and during an emergency. This course help participant to comply with fire safety regulations, conduct regular inspections and maintain emergency plans. This role includes training employees in fire safety practices, coordinating fire drills, and inspecting fire safety equipment to ensure it is functional. Investigating fire incidents, promoting a culture of safety, and maintaining detailed records are crucial responsibilities. Acting as the liaison with local fire authorities is also important. By focusing on these goals, you can effectively contribute to a safer workplace environment.

Material Handling & Lifting Operation

This Lifting and Hoisting course is designed to provide participants with foundational knowledge of rigging principles, common workplace hazards associated with lifting and hoisting operations, and an understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, standards, and codes of practice.
The course aims to raise awareness of the minimum safety and operational requirements in lifting and hoisting activities. It also serves as a preparatory program for individuals intending to progress to Rigger training, Banksman and Lift Planner certification.

To confirm that the candidate has retained the knowledge from the Introduction to Lifting and Hoisting Operations course. To assess whether the candidate has the necessary responsibilities, foundational knowledge, and understanding to safely and effectively perform the role of Rigger under appropriate supervision.

This course evaluates whether the candidate has the necessary responsibilities, foundational knowledge, and understanding to safely and effectively perform as a Banksman under proper supervision. It is designed to prepare the candidate for the next step in progressing to Banksman Level 2.

Duration : 3 days

This Lift Planner course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to plan and evaluate lifting operations safely and effectively. The course covers key aspects such as lifting theory, load assessment, equipment selection, risk management, and compliance with relevant lifting regulations, standards, and codes of practice.

Participants will learn how to develop lift plans for both routine and complex lifting operations, identify potential hazards, and implement appropriate control measures. The course emphasizes safe planning principles applicable across various industries, including construction, oil & gas, marine, logistics, and heavy engineering sectors.

To equip participants who have completed an approved Rigging and Slinging course with the essential skills and knowledge to operate a Lorry Mounted Crane safely and efficiently, in line with international standards such as LOLER and PUWER, as well as the Workplace Safety and Health Order 2009 and the Industry Guidance Note for Lifting Operation (SHENA IGN/01/2019). This course also refreshes participants on slinging/rigging techniques and updates them on any changes in safety and operational procedures.

To equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge to operate an excavator safely and efficiently, adhering to international standards like LOLER, PUWER, Brunei WSH Act Chapter 277, and the Industry Guidance Note for Lifting Operations (SHENA). This course also imparts knowledge on slinging/rigging techniques and provides information on safety and operational procedures.
